Gift Vouchers can be purchased for this event to be used at any time during Van Gogh: The Immersive Experience’s York run. They are sold in values equal to the ticket prices, so you can purchase exactly what you need.
Concessions apply to all students, over 60s, and disabled visitors. Please contact york@exhibitionhub.com for further information on booking carer tickets to accompany disabled visitors.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance, or on the door on the day. On the door tickets are subject to availability, and the exhibition team will book you into the next available slot.

SEN FRIENDLY
SEN Friendly Time Slots have been allocated for the benefit of customers. These sessions will have fewer people in the venue than the other time slots, and the music will be played at a lower level.
The venue reverts back to regular scheduling and volume levels at 11:00.
GETTING THERE
York St Mary’s is located by the Coppergate Shopping Centre, next to the Jorvik Centre. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station, and a 5 minute walk from York Minster.

If you are walking, follow the green fingerpost signs to the JORVIK Viking Centre. We are just next door.
